I was nervous about my journey because I’d never experienced anything like this, but as the day came closer and I went through the guided process, I became calm. Bernike has created a beautiful, safe space that felt welcoming. Everything she did put me at ease.

I embarked on a transformative moderate dose SOMA journey with the intention of addressing my anxiety and tendency to catastrophize, which had been stealing my joy and stifling my creativity.
I was constantly vigilant, anticipating something bad happening.

During the journey, I confronted and overcame my fears, emerging into a blissful state of peace and lightness. Now, three weeks into micro-dosing, my anxiety is negligible, and I feel euphoric with an abundance of energy.

I also have greater clarity of vision and have gained incredible insights into how I want my future to unfold.

I will definitely pursue more healing journeys and highly recommend Bernike as a healer and guide.

The setting is a beautiful, serene and separate space, dedicated to Ceremony.

Bernike invokes a complete sense of ease and trust, and I could relax into what was about to unfold, which I had been rather nervous about.

In preparation, which began 10 days prior with regular communications with her, one of the principal things that you are asked to do is set an intention.

My main reason for wanting the experience was of a spiritual nature, and my intention was set around this.

My journey was an absolutely beautiful and revelatory unfolding, with a profound heart opening. I was fortunate enough to be able to have my ceremony on a Wednesday evening, and had allowed time for a lengthy integration, with a return to work on the following Monday.

Having that time available post-ceremony (still so caringly supported) was where the magic continued, as prior learnings together with other audio & writings experienced in the days that followed, enabled a coalescence for me into wider clarity.

Whatever your reason, Bernike (Sacred Soma) will facilitate an experience with this sacred medicine that you will never forget, and which will give you a deep insight into your true self.

It’s been 10 days since my journey.
My life looks completely different today than it did 11 days ago.

First, I was sceptical. I’m the least woo-woo person alive. I’ve never had a spiritual side, have always been anxious, sceptical, analytical, insecure and depressed. My self-worth depended on my achievements at work. My relationships were fractured, because people don’t want to be intellectualised and cross-examined. Who knew?!

Due to the complexity and depth of my personal traumas, I expected the experience to be very difficult. Bernike told me over and over that the medicine would give me what I needed. She was right. It did. It showed me and reminded me of who I used to be and what my life could be like in future. Life will still be life, but for the first time, I’m not sabotaging my own efforts and relationships.

It’s not possible to put into words what my intentions were and how they were answered, but I can wholeheartedly say that I could not have hoped to gain more clarity from the experience than I did.

After 20 years of antidepressants and traditional therapy, I have for the first time really found an answer inside myself. I have been more alive in the last 10 days than I remember being in my entire adult life.

The space in which the journey took place was incredible. Really beautiful, comfortable and safe. She even made an amazing meal, and I got to cuddle her little angel on four legs, Bokkie.

Bernike is a gift. She was amazing from the very moment I met her, to the very end. I could not have hoped for someone better to guide me through this life-changing journey. Bernike has completely changed my life and I’ll be forever grateful to her. She embodies love, acceptance and tolerance.
